On Thursday, 24 September 2026, Pro²Future invites you to its Partner Conference, starting at 12 noon in the Aula der Alten Technik at TU Graz, Rechbauerstraße 12, 8010 Graz. Partner companies, scientific partners, and the Pro²Future team will come together to present current research results and exchange ideas.
Keynote by Astrid Weiss
The conference’s keynote will be delivered by Assoc. Prof. Mag.phil. Dr.phil. Astrid Weiss. The sociologist and Human-Robot Interaction expert has been Associate Professor for Human Interaction with Embodied Artificial Intelligence at TU Wien since May 2025 and is regarded as one of the pioneers at the intersection of social research and robotics.
Diploma Ceremony: Cognitive Industry Engineering
The conference will also host the certificate award ceremony for the new university course “Cognitive Industry Engineering”, jointly launched by TU Graz and Pro²Future. The course equips companies with practical AI competence for the manufacturing industry and is designed as a suitable training measure for competence development in line with the EU AI Act (Art. 4). The certificates will be presented to graduates in the Aula der Alten Technik as part of the Partner Conference — a fitting setting to visibly bring together science, industry, and continuing education.
