Pro²Future – Cognitive and Sustainable Products and Production Systems of the Future – is an industry-related COMET K1 research Centre in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and cognitive / industrial ICT, human-machine-interaction (HMI) and data-driven process optimization with a focus on cognitive and sustainable products and production systems. These are supported by the areas of Perception, Orchestration, and Analytics. Further fields of activity of the Centre cover mechatronic systems, embedded systems, pervasive computing systems, and big data analytics.

We are now offering paid summer research internships for Bachelor’s and Master’s students who want to work on real-world AI and robotics challenges.

What you will do
- Work on applied computer science research topics with high industrial relevance
- Implement and prototype research ideas, algorithms, models, or experimental setups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary research team
- Document and potentially publish findings and results
- Optionally connect your internship to your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis
Who should apply
You are a great fit if you …
- are currently studying for a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Robotics, Data Science or similar
- have basic programming skills and an interest in modern software and AI technologies
- are excited about research, innovation and new technologies
