Ouijdane Guiza focuses on advancing flexibility and efficiency in production through intelligent and adaptive manufacturing systems. Her research spans cognitive and cyber-physical assembly systems, human–robot collaboration and smart production orchestration. A recent research focus of hers is software modernization, investigating how AI can support industry in managing and modernizing legacy systems. Holding a PhD in Computer Software Engineering from Johannes Kepler University Linz, she combines deep expertise in software engineering and manufacturing innovation to drive the evolution of connected and collaborative production environments.
