Amer Kajmakovic brings over a decade of expertise in industrial digitalization, with a strong focus on cognitive products that enhance safety, system availability, and sustainability. His research drives innovation in functional and industrial safety, as well as in the enhancement of manufacturing processes, developing forward-looking solutions for digitalization and retrofitting.
He holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Graz, where he specialized in functional safety and developed predictive fail-safe architectures, based on AI-driven approaches. Amer is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry, fostering impactful collaborations that advance the state of the art in embedded systems, particularly in AI applications in safety-critical domains.
